What is a Naturopath?
A naturopath is a holistic practitioner who supports individuals by considering their overall well-being—physical, mental, and emotional.
Unlike allopathic medicine, which primarily focuses on symptoms, the naturopath works on the individual's underlying constitution to identify and address deep-rooted imbalances causing health issues. The goal is to stimulate the body’s natural self-healing abilities while respecting the natural laws of health.

My Personal Journey
During my studies at SIMO (Italian School of Holistic Medicine), I chose to specialize for an additional year in nutrition and dietetics, as well as energetic nutrition based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This specialization enables me to take a holistic and personalized approach, selecting the most suitable tools to meet the specific needs of each client.
